The Tachograph-Analysis.ie website is owned and operated by Motor-Ed Driving School Ltd.  Motor-Ed Driving School Ltd is a limited company registered in Ireland, with a registered number 522514, Unit 4 Beagans, Newry Road, Dundalk, Co Louth, Ireland.  By using the Tachograph-Analysis.ie service you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Where applicable under law, these terms constitute a ‘writing signed by you’.

Terms & Conditions

Tachograph-Analysis.ie reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms and Conditions on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the Terms and Conditions effective date. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions so that you will be apprised of any changes.

Your credit or debit card information is not retained on this site, rather it is securely transferred to Retail Merchant Services, a secure online payments provider.


We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Laser Cards. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable and is inclusive in the display price. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of Tachograph-Analysis.ie until full payment is received.


The prices of the products on this website are published on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Tachograph-Analysis.ie retains the right to revise our prices at any time to reflect changes in our costs such as but not limited to: goods, carriage, labour, overheads, government taxes and exchange rates. All Prices are displayed including VAT. Delivery charges are not included in the display price. Delivery charges may vary depending on the size and destination of the purchase.


Tachograph-Analysis.ie aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours after receipt of a cleared payment. In the unlikely event of an item not being available, we will contact you to suggest alternative goods where appropriate, or to advise you of the new estimated time of delivery.
We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and all products are supplied subject to stock availability. All delivery charges are subject to change.
At Tachograph-Analysis.ie, we aim to provide you the best innovative products and the best customer service. All orders are quality checked by our staff before despatch and we are only one click away in case you have a question.
Please ensure all packaging are removed and disposed of carefully and kept away from children and pets.

Cancellation and Returns
If it is agreed that the goods are to be returned:-

  • A Goods Return number obtained from the Seller must be clearly shown on the returned parcels.
  • The Buyer will be liable to the cost of remedying any damage to the Goods returned where such damage has, in the opinion of the Seller, been caused by the Goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer or through the Buyer’s fault.
  • The Seller reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% on Goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required. If the goods are faulty then the restocking charge will not apply.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel your contract with Tachograph-Analysis.ie and receive a refund. You must contact us and inform us in writing of your desire to cancel your contract within 7 working days of receipt of the relevant product(s). You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.

Privacy Policy

It is the Company’s policy to respect the privacy of its users.   The Company will not monitor, edit or disclose any personal information about you without your prior consent. In the course of our dealings we may acquire personal data and information about you which you have registered with us. In this regard, the Company undertakes to only use your data in accordance with strict conditions however, we reserve the right to and you hereby agree to allow us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement, government officials or to any court or court officials as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate. Nothing in this Agreement relating to the confidentiality of information shall prevent or hinder the Company from complying with its legal obligations under the Data Protection Act 1988.

By submitting your information to the Website you agree to allow the Company to communicate with you in a responsible manner.

Accordance with Specification

It is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products.


The user agrees to indemnify and hold Tachograph-Analysis.ie, its officers, owners, agents and any employees’ harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising from the use of our website.

Applicable Law

Our site is created and controlled by Tachograph-Analysis.ie in the Republic of Ireland. As such, the laws of the Republic of Ireland will govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
